    Volunteering at Stalbridge Library

Stalbridge Library is entirely volunteer led and run since DCC took away its funding over 5 years ago.  You only have to offer to do two 3 hour sessions a month, but you might want to volunteer for an extra shift to maintain cover when others go on holiday.  You are given full training on systems and data protection.

Email [email protected] or call on 01963 362142 if you would like to join the team.

    Using Stalbridge Library

As well as its own ample stock of books, the library has access to over half a million titles through its links with other libraries in the south west.  It offers the usual facilities of ordering books and membership of Stalbridge Library gives you membership of all DCC libraries.  The library is open 6 days a week with a late night on Thursdays.

The library also boasts and excellent website, www.stalbridgelibrary.org
